Im over the moon to Announce that ‘Neon Beats – The Attack EP’ is out on the 1st of October, on Plain Face Records! Proud of the teams head honcho keeping his work in music priority as always and delivering some firey remix’s from the likes of Moony and Trends.
without gassing up Neon’s release too much, ill keep it short and sweet… This EP is sounding nuts so go and buy that digitally as soon as its released so that you can witness it first hand!
I Hope you enjoy the release when it comes out,
Keep it Mixclique.
So here it is everyone, its been a while but the Mixclique have got more mix’s for you listening pleasure.
‘Krepz’ part of ‘Whats that noise?’ has prepared a 30 minute mix of pure skull crushing Bass music for your ears to endure and exclusively for the Mixclique Guest Mix series.
This mix brings the best in Bass/UKG sounding music with pieces of Grime incorporated. But regardless of what music you listen to, i guarantee that you will like this mix as it brings a well proportioned amount of hype for any sort of Bass music listener. This mix is certified madness and you heard it here people. Enjoy!
Mixclique apologises about how shoddy the blog has been recently, we all had a break from music for a few weeks, as we all had different stuff keeping us busy outside of music e.g DJ Ethic is in the process of moving house and BigDeann & Neon Beats are working mad shifts at their jobs.
Not to fear though myself @BigDeann will be updating the blog regularly again back to normal and expect new guest mix’s, plus the return of the producer Interviews. We look forward to the rest of 2012 for Mixclique as we hope you do to, because there is much more in the pipeline for us yet to come.
DJ Phonetix recreates his mix from the Mixclique Records Launch as the mix’s from event are now lost.
this mix is jammed full of bangers from a wide selection uk genre’s including Grime, Garage, Bassline, Dubstep (non of that skrillex shit) and many other variations of hype style music. Phonetix demonstrates how mixing is suppost to be done for a straight 50 minutes, with 30 tracks so expect no mucking about! hope you enjoy this mix as much as i did and all im going to say is.. check the intro FIRE!
This year was return of the Eskimo Dance and it’s great news that they are releasing a dvd covering the whole event. Everyone that I’ve spoke to says it was one of the best events they’ve been to and this will give everyone who couldn’t make it a chance to see the madness!
Highlight of the trailer: Jammers stage dive and journey back to the stage at 3 mins 50 seconds.
Butterz & Hardrive @ Cable, London On 24th Of March
Butterz & Hardrive have returned with the Butterz-camp CEO Elijah and of course Skilliam aswell, also accompanied by the busy man DJ/Producer Terror Danjah representing ‘Hardrive’. But this time they have come back with the likes of Boy Better Know founder JME and the smash hit ‘Full Attention’s’ vocalist Ruby Lee Ryder to perform along with them. This is defiantly a highly anticipated event so grab your tickets and prepare yourself for for a night where all your entertainment needs will be blown out of the water.
The following DJ’s, and MC’s/Singers will be attending: JME, Terror Danjah, Ruby Lee Ryder, Royal-T, Elijah & Skilliam, Swindle, D.O.K, DJ Champion And Marcus Narsty.
Rival is very much stamping his ground in the grime scene with this cd and he brings us both spectrums of grime with the second track jumping straight in to pure bars on Flava D’s hard hitting instrumental ranging to the brilliant track Save Me produced By Skeamz and Porchy.
A great amount of thought has gone into the content on the CD. I always enjoy when a cd ins’t overrun with features and the others that do feature on this CD definitely earn their place (Dot Rotten, Lioness, Sharky Major, Young Kye, Manga, Ghetts, Porchy).
It really has something for everyone and a wide range of grime production/lyrical content, definitely one of the best grime releases this year.
